Aklas Bela Terms and Conditions — Rules & Fair Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Aklas Bela and using the platform — whether via the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Aklas Bela.

These terms apply to all services offered on the platform, including sports betting on Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports; casino games; live casino; all bonus and promotional offers; PKR deposits and withdrawals; and the VIP loyalty programme.

Aklas Bela reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Aklas Bela is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any of the platform's services. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced consistently.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must be using the platform in a personal capacity for recreational entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from gambling on any platform.

Aklas Bela may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in your account being restricted or closed. Winnings generated while a verification hold is in place may be withheld pending successful verification.

3 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one account on Aklas Bela. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information when registering your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person or allow anyone else to use your account.
• Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility.
• You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Aklas Bela will communicate with you via the email address registered on your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact Aklas Bela support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action. Aklas Bela cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to the sharing of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on Aklas Bela are conducted in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and supported mobile wallets. Deposit methods available to your account will be displayed in your account dashboard.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where a payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Aklas Bela does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Funds deposited on Aklas Bela are for entertainment and betting purposes only. Deposits cannot be transferred between accounts. If you deposit funds and wish to withdraw without placing any bets, Aklas Bela reserves the right to review the transaction before processing the withdrawal.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in your account. VIP members receive priority processing.
• If a bonus is active on your account, the associated wagering requirement must be met before funds can be withdrawn unless you choose to forfeit the bonus.
• Aklas Bela reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal — particularly for larger amounts or where unusual account activity is noted.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to incomplete verification or outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be placed on hold. You will be notified of the reason via your registered email.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Aklas Bela offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, PSL season specials, weekly reload bonuses and cashback deals. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are stated at the time each offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your account only once all eligibility conditions are met.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement — this is the amount you need to bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — the specific terms for each offer will state which applies.
• Only certain game types may contribute to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and live casino games may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Aklas Bela reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will have their existing bonus honoured under the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being reviewed.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Aklas Bela are subject to the platform's betting rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that bet type.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the platform offers a specific cash-out or edit feature for that market.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical error that causes incorrect odds or results to be displayed, Aklas Bela reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play betting markets — including PSL ball-by-ball markets — may be suspended at any time. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets placed during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Casino games use certified random number generation. Results are determined at the point of play and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sports and casino products and are displayed within each market or game.

Cricket, PSL and T20 betting rules follow standard international cricket betting conventions. In the event of an abandoned or incomplete match, the settlement rules for the specific market applied will determine whether bets are settled or voided — these rules are displayed within each market.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Aklas Bela platform. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting markets or casino game outcomes.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain — any such gains must be reported and will be reversed.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any fraudulent financial purpose.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's systems, servers or data.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational entertainment.

9 Responsible Gaming

Aklas Bela is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable platform. Betting is entertainment and should always be treated as such — never as a way to earn income or recover previous losses.

• Deposit limits can be set in your account settings and take effect immediately. Limit reductions apply instantly; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders can be activated to alert you after a defined period of play.
• Self-exclusion is available from your account settings. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Full bet history and transaction records are available in your account at all times.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and partner banks is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Aklas Bela reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected.
• The account holder has not completed identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Unusual, suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• The account is identified as belonging to a person under 18 years of age.
• The account holder requests closure via the self-exclusion process.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for non-breach reasons, any verified remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method following completion of standard verification checks.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting Aklas Bela support. If you wish to return after a voluntary closure, you may be required to re-verify your identity before a new account can be opened.

12 Changes to These Terms

Aklas Bela may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to platform features, payment methods, promotional structures or other operational requirements. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification.
